MIHAIL

Mihail is one of the dreamiest artists to come out of Romania – the kind that can own a radio chart and still sound like himself. “Mă ucide ea” was the most played song on Romanian radio in 2016, and “Who You Are” hit No. 1 on Italian radio in 2017, all without him dropping the indie edge or slipping into copy‑paste pop.

He builds songs the way some people build films: frame by frame. Singer, songwriter, producer and visual mind, he lives where indie sensibility and pop clarity overlap — soulful vocals, minimal grooves, a few carefully chosen sounds instead of a wall of noise. His tracks feel quiet at first listen and huge a few plays later; less “single”, more “scene you step into”, with the artwork, videos and arrangements all sitting in the same calm, cinematic universe.
